Historic Kennett Square has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Kennett Square Holiday Village Market. The recent updates to COVID protocols from the State of Pennsylvania have dramatically reduced the number of guests/customers we could have present on site at any given time, making it impossible for Historic Kennett Square and the vendors to cover the costs and investment of participating in the event and for all of us to provide the spirited, diverse, and unique shopping experience everyone has come to expect from the Holiday Village Market.
Historic Kennett Square will continue to focus on making Kennett Square vibrant over the holiday season and the months to come. The products of many of the vendors who would have exhibited at the 2020 Kennett Square Holiday Village Market can be found in retail outlets around town, including venues like WorKS Kennett Square (around the corner from The Creamery on South Walnut Street), the Kennett Square Farmers Market (Fridays at The Creamery), and many of the wonderful shops and boutiques throughout town.
We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with The Creamery and look forward to bringing the Holiday Village Market back next year in this magical setting.
